⏳ 1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We understand that academic deadlines do not wait. Every order is processed with mechanical efficiency:

• Order Processing Window: All orders are verified, packed, and assigned an international tracking number within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or major public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Standard Transit Timeline: Once dispatched from our logistics center, standard international air freight delivery takes exactly 5–8 business days to arrive at destinations across the United States and Europe.

We reward students who plan ahead. Our shipping rate architecture is completely automated at checkout:

• Single Notebook Orders: Flat rate tracked shipping fee of $4.99 USD applied globally.
• The STEM Bundle Tier (2+ Notebooks): 100% Free Shipping. Any order containing two or more notebooks automatically unlocks free priority air shipping at checkout.

📍 3. Real-Time End-to-End Tracking

Every package leaves our facility with fully transparent, door-to-door tracking data. As soon as your package is scanned into the international air courier network, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be dispatched to your inbox. Please allow 24–48 hours from receiving your dispatch email for the tracking portal to sync and display initial local updates.

• United States: Individual orders valued below $800 USD are legally exempt from import duties under standard de minimis thresholds. Your checkout will incur no extra hidden fees.
• Europe & United Kingdom: All localized VAT and border processing fees are pre-cleared by our logistics partners via specialized delivery lanes. The price you see at checkout is final.

🏠 5. Address Verification & Missing Deliveries

The buyer is strictly responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. Smart Page cannot issue free replacements or refunds if a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect, missing, or incomplete apartment, suite, or room number.

If your tracking profile states that your package was officially "Delivered" by the postal carrier (e.g., USPS or Royal Mail) but you cannot physically locate it, please contact your local postal hub or building manager directly. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that carry official carrier verification of successful delivery.
