⚡ 1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your notebook arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., misprinted formula pages, torn binding, heavily dented covers) or if you received the incorrect page layout variant, you do not need to ship it back to us.
We will handle this with zero friction to your study schedule:
- Email our support team at support@shopsmartpage.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and a clear photograph showing the damage or layout error.
- Once verified, we will instantly dispatch a brand-new replacement unit to your desk via Priority Air Shipping, 100% free of charge.
🔄 2. "Change of Mind" Returns
Because our products are shipped directly from our international logistics hub to maintain ultra-premium paper quality at accessible student rates, we do not accept standard "change of mind" returns or product exchanges.
Please review your selected page layout variant (Dot-Grid vs. Ruled) carefully before confirming your checkout. In the rare event that a physical return is authorized by management, the customer is strictly responsible for covering the cost of the international trackable return shipping label to our administrative office.

Once a replacement order or a direct refund is approved by our operational team, your financial institution will process the credit within 3–5 business days. Payouts will automatically return directly to your original payment method (PayPal account or linked credit/debit card).
