At Smart Page, we optimize our entire supply chain to deliver precision tools directly to your desk at the lowest possible environmental and financial cost. To maintain our premium material standards while offering highly competitive global rates, we fulfill all international orders directly from our centralized engineering and logistics hub.

1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We understand that academic deadlines do not wait. Every order is processed with mechanical efficiency.

  • Order Processing Window: All orders are verified, safety-checked, and packed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or major public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Standard Transit Timeline: Once dispatched from our logistics center, standard international air freight delivery takes 5–8 business days to arrive at destinations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

🛃 Note on Remote Locations: Delivery to regional territories, non-mainland states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii), or military addresses (APO/FPO) may occasionally require an additional 3–5 business days in transit.

2. Shipping Rates & The Bundle Tier

We reward students who plan ahead. Our shipping rate architecture is completely flat and automated at checkout:

  • Single Notebook Orders: Flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 USD applied globally.

  • The STEM Bundle Tier (2+ Notebooks): 100% Free Shipping worldwide. Any order containing two or more notebooks automatically unlocks free priority air shipping at checkout.

3. Real-Time End-to-End Tracking

Every single package leaves our facility with fully transparent, door-to-door tracking data.

  1. As soon as your package is scanned into the international air courier network, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct monitoring link will be dispatched to your inbox.

  2. You can easily monitor the live location and transit status of your notebook directly via our built-in [Track Your Order] page on our storefront at any time.

  3. Please allow 24–48 hours from receiving your dispatch email for the tracking portal to sync and display initial scanning updates.

4. International Delivery, Customs, & Duties

Smart Page operates a borderless retail model, successfully delivering to the US, UK, EU, and select global regions.

  • Import Taxes & Customs: For our customers based in the United States, individual orders valued below $800 USD are legally exempt from import duties under standard de minimis thresholds. For our UK and European Union customers, localized VAT and processing fees are structured to clear seamlessly at the border.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While 95% of our shipments cross borders seamlessly within our 5–8 business day window, international transit can occasionally face micro-delays due to strict customs inspections, peak seasonal carrier volumes (e.g., Black Friday, mid-winter holidays), or severe weather disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these rare anomalies.

5. Address Verification & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct and complete. If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or missing apartment/suite number, we cannot issue a free replacement.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking code states that your package was "Delivered" by the local postal carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) but you cannot physically locate it, please check with household members, building managers, or neighbors immediately. Smart Page cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that carry official carrier verification of successful delivery.
